Margot Finke presented this workshop and presents different tele-classes the second Thursday of each month. Not only does she provide you with key aspects of the topic, she is quite humorous in her presentation and the hour flies by.
She is an Aussie who writes midgrade adventure fiction and rhyming picture books. For the past 25 years she has lived in Oregon with her husband and family. Her 6 books series of rhyming picture books are fun and educational. They bring kids closer to many of the neat animals in the US and Australia. Excerpts and illustrations from these books can be viewed at BOOKS page, along with instructions on how to BUY and great reviews.

Hi, I missed the teleconference due to work but I am thrilled to be able to listen to it later. I am learning so much from published authors like yourself. Thanks for sharing so much good information for those of us struggling to learn and write for publicaton.

Love your blog! I can hardly wait to listen to what Margot Finke has to say about query letters. No matter how many one writes it seems there is more to learn.

Terri and Donna, I am so glad both of you enjoyed my CWCC Teleclass workshop this month.
ReplyDeleteAnd Donna, thank you so much for the kind words you wrote on your Blog about me and my Teleclass on Query Letters. It is always a thrill to know that other writers feel they are getting good information from my workshops.

Donna, I tried to leave a comment yesterday and the site kept telling me "wrong password." I used my usual one, and then tried all of the potential ones and it kept kicking me off. I think this site allows for another option for sending comments. In case this goes this time, I want to compliment you on your informative and well set-up blogsite. Do you have another one? I have commented to you before and this one looks different. Anyway, well done and I hope this comment gets from point a to point b. Argh. Linda
