Lesson in Hope by Denis Hamill - NY Daily News - September 1, 2013

I typically do not voice my personal opinion on world events, politics, religion, etc., on my blog... instead I keep it focused on writing for children. Today, I'm making an exception. I read an extraordinary article today from NY Daily News columnist, Denis Hamill entitled, "Lesson in Hope" http://www.nydailynews.com/opinion/hamill-lesson-hope-email-newtown-article-1.1442659.

It's a must read article! It certainly provided me with a good old slap upside the head to keep focus on what truly matters in this world.

May we all count our blessings each and every day, for if we do it will make us a better person!
