Write What Inspires You Marketing and Inspiration: Interview Your Fellow Author

I know for myself talking about myself and marketing my books is more difficult than promoting a fellow author. So why not take the pressure off of yourself and take time today to reach out to a colleague and ask them if they would be interested in participating in an interview. They don't necessarily have to have a new release, you can chat about their writing and publication journey. By doing so it sparks renewed interest in their books no matter the publication date.  

Beyond posting their interview on my blog, I promote our conversation to my social media outlets as well as my monthly newsletter. Recent interviews and blog posts I have hosted are with Joseph Sottile, Michelle Nott and Maggie Grinnell.
