About Scott Skibell

Scott Skibell has been in the training & development industry for over 20 years. He has worked with all sorts of SME’s, otherwise known as subject matter experts. And has helped dozens and dozens of people take what they know, and turn it into useful training and communications.

A self proclaimed geek, he sees the possibilities of tools & technology. He connects the dots and can’t program to save his life. Fortunately these days, we don’t need to. The tools are within the non-programmers grasp. And probably most importantly, Skibell likes teaching others how to use the tools so they can move forward.

He lives in the heartland of America with his wife and two daughters. He’d say a pretty normal life. So even though he may worry about things like college education for his daughters, retirement, healthcare, and employment, he sees tremendous opportunity in helping others.

And besides, employment is misleading. Job security is the confidence in your skills & abilities to add value and to be compensated for it – whether working for yourself or others

Working Writer's Coach - Freelance Writer’s: Write Better Nonfiction – 52-week e-Course

Are You Tired of Having Your Articles and Queries Rejected?

If you're not getting the freelance writing assignments you'd like, chances are you've never learned the "tricks of the trade" that separate amateur nonfiction writers from the professionals who earn substantial cash for their work.
But don't worry. All that's about to change. Suzanne Lieurance, the Working Writer's Coach is here to help.

Besides coaching other writers to build the writing careers of their dreams, Lieurance written (at last count) 23 published books and hundreds of articles for magazines, newspapers, newsletters, ezines, websites, and blogs. She has also critiqued and/or edited hundreds, if not thousands, of manuscripts during her years of coaching and writing. Along the way, she has learned a thing or two about what makes a winning query letter and a marketable manuscript. Lieurance also learned how to avoid the little mistakes that so many writers, especially beginning writers, make that cause them to lose out on well-paying assignments.

Lieurance has taken her knowledge and created a new 52-week e-course specifically for nonfiction writers.

Register for this e-course called How to Write Better, More Powerful, More Engaging Nonfiction - So You FINALLY Get the Freelance Assignments You've Always Wanted! and you'll learn the "tricks of the trade" that all busy writers know and use to get plenty of well-paying freelance assignments on a regular basis.
As a student in this easy e-course, every week for an entire year you'll get a short lesson that will help you become a better writer week by week.
Almost immediately, your nonfiction will be better, more powerful, and more engaging. It won't be long before you finally start landing the freelance writing assignments you've always wanted. And just imagine what your writing will be like this time next year.

Each weekly lesson includes an audio - so you can listen as Lieurance takes you through the material for that week - plus a learning guide that you can print out and use to take notes as you're listening to the audio.
Throughout the course you'll also receive bonus materials that will include handy checklists, charts, and other resources to help turn you into the professional writer you've always wanted to be.

Subscribe to the course right now and your first lesson will arrive immediately. After three weeks, if you are not completely satisfied with each of the lessons you've received, simply cancel your subscription and you will not be billed again for the coming months.

Visit Suzanne Lieurance, The Working Writer’s Coach http://www.writebetternonfiction.com/ and view what the 52-week e-Course includes each week. Envision where you will be after this comprehensive 52-week e-Course and sign-up today http://www.writebetternonfiction.com/ for a low $37 per month.

The Morning Nudge ~ Suzanne Lieurance

The Morning Nudge

Words to inspire and motivate you to get a little writing done today February 27, 2009

Make Your Own Luck!

Here's something to try.

Just for today, tell yourself "I am SO fortunate. So many good things are happening in my life right now."

No matter what you encounter today, keep repeating those words to yourself.

If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts, immediately STOP and say, "I am SO fortunate. So many good things are happening in my life right now."

Negative thoughts attract negative events.

Positive thoughts attract positive events.

Make your own luck with "lucky" thoughts.

Wouldn't you really rather have positive events occur today? I sure would.

Repeat after me, "I am SO fortunate. So many good things are happening in my life right now."

Keep saying this to yourself throughout the day and see what happens.

Try it!
