Elementary School in Texas

I am filled with exhilaration and gratitude to Nepris.com for connecting me with an elementary school in Texas to present at their Young Authors Career Day via video conferencing. 

The opportunity to engage with the 4th grade classes and to chat about how we all have a unique voice that is worthy of being heard and to never hesitate to consider themselves writers kept the hour engagement lively and entertaining. Along with presenting my video, "How a Book Comes to Be" invoked a heightened level of conversation. 

I am honored to be part of such an engaging visit! Their teacher and are in conversation of me "adopting" the class for the year so that the students may email their writing questions to me through their teacher. I humbled and grateful.
