Marketing and Inspiration: The Story Behind Hockey Agony

As author's our writing inspiration comes from many places. 

Today, I'm pleased to share the inspiration behind my children's early reader picture book, Hockey Agony...

"My book Hockey Agony was created from my lifelong interest in sports and watching my children, nieces and nephews compete in one sport or another. I chose hockey because two of my nephews and a niece are passionate hockey players."

Synopsis:

Peer Pressure and Honesty many times go hand-in-hand. What is Larry to do when his teammate asks him to cheat when he is given the responsibility to run the clock during the big hockey game? Outwardly, it may seem he will follow suit, but his conscience tells him otherwise at the moment of truth.

Suggest age range for readers: 8-12
