The
balance of reality and imagination can be difficult for anyone especially a
young boy. Born into a family of “Dream Seekers”, 12-year old Patrick needs to
develop his self-control so his dreams do not take over his waking reality and
cause chaos in the “real world.” Recognizing Patrick is anxious to develop his
“dream seeking” abilities his mother encourages him to do so but reminds him
the need of developing his self-control at the same time. Does Patrick heed his
mother’s advice and slowly venture into the “dream seeking” world or does his
jump in with full force? Find out in this exciting fantasy middle grade novel
of how reality and imagination intertwine for fascinating results.
