U is for Unconditional - #AtoZChallenge

Today's word is Unconditional...

Loving those in your life unconditionally does not necessarily mean you are a doormat, but that you are appreciative of having them in your life. Of course, it doesn’t mean you put up with someone if they are mean to you, but rather call them out on their transgression respectfully and move on with forgiveness. For keeping resentment toward someone will not hurt them, but rather hurt your mental well-being.

How do your life your life with unconditional love?

  1. Makes so much sense. No need to be the door mat but to let them know and then forgive..

  2. To me, unconditional love means loving someone regardless of their faults - and we all have them so...

    1. Amen to that! We need to embrace our faults and realize no one is perfect!

  4. I was going to choose this word for my 'U'. Some people find unconditional love difficult and yet it comes to me easily. I don't expect anything from anyone and accept the faults of those I love. I learned this from my mother who is the epitomy of unconditional love. An amazing woman.
